Our main goal is to ensure that the entire experience of designing and printing your stationery is completely seamless. Here's a brief overview of our four-step process.
Schedule an appointment
If you need an appointment to help you decide what you'd like for your special occasion.
— We'll go through your colour scheme and theme together.
Once booked
After you've placed your order and provided us with your information, we'll begin designing your work.
— Receive a digital watermarked proof via email within 2–3 days.
Correction
Don't hesitate to request subtle modifications or necessary corrections. You'll enjoy up to 3 rounds of complimentary changes.
— Revisions will be ready in 2–3 business days. We'll send you a revised digital proof via email for your feedback and approval.
Final
Once you give us the green light to print, your design is sent for production. No further modifications can be made at this stage.
— Your design is now in production. We will never send anything to print without your approval.
A note on additional changes
We're happy to continue working with you on your design if you require additional alterations beyond the three complimentary proofs — a small fee applies to cover the extra time. We take great care in checking spelling, layout and details; please do personally review your design before giving us the green light to print.
Envelopes
Complimentary white envelopes are included with every order of save the dates, invitations, RSVPs and thank you cards. To upgrade to colour envelopes, simply select the option in the accessories section at the time of ordering. Envelopes are individually wrapped and packed separately alongside your stationery.
